I work closely with women who have lost a spouse and find themselves facing new financial responsibilities. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping to bring clarity and peace of mind during a very difficult season. I want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone. I’ll be here to guide you step by step with patience and care.
We work best with diligent savers and high earners who have accumulated investment and retirement assets of $1,000,000 or can pay a minimum fee from cash flow.
Yes! Though we are located in California, we work virtually with clients all over the country. If we travel to your area or you come to San Francisco, we’d love to get together.
No, we’re not attorneys or accountants but we know many that we would be happy to connect you with.
We charge a fee for our planning and an additional fee if we directly manage your investments.
We utilize both Charles Schwab and Fidelity as custodians for your accounts.
We want to focus our time and energy on what we do best, working with you. As you can imagine there’s a lot of things that happen behind the scenes with our business. Because of that I’ve partnered with Titleist Asset Management. Titleist helps by providing client servicing, investment management and operational support.

Q&A
No question is too small.
Of course. Most of the women who reach out to me aren't completely sure they're ready either. The first call is just twenty minutes and there's zero obligation to do anything after it. There's no timeline here but your own.
It moves at your pace, and nothing happens without your say-so. Here's how it unfolds:
Step 1: A 20-minute conversation. You tell me what's on your mind. I listen. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
Step 2: A discovery meeting. One hour. You bring whatever you have, even if it's a grocery bag of unopened envelopes. You talk. I listen.
Step 3: Your engagement proposal. I come back with what I heard, what I think the next best steps are, and a roadmap including deliverables, timeline, and fees. You decide if it feels right.
Step 4: Getting organized. Retitling accounts. Updating beneficiaries. Filing claims. Coordinating with your CPA and attorney. We focus on stabilizing cash flow so you understand exactly what income arrives each month.
Step 5: Your financial plan. A living document built at your pace. Not a binder that sits on a shelf. The answer to the question you're actually asking: am I going to be okay?
Step 6: Ongoing coordination. I keep your professional team communicating so you never become the middleman again. Important decisions don't keep business hours, and neither do I.
No. If that relationship is working and you trust him, I'm happy to work alongside him and make sure everyone is connected and pointed in the same direction. If it isn't working, or you've felt like your questions aren't really being heard, that's worth talking through. Either way, you don't need to have that figured out before we speak.
No need to worry about that. Most women come to the first conversation with either a pile of paperwork, or a load of questions and no idea where to start. That's exactly what it's for. You don't need to prepare a thing. Just show up.
Fees depend on the complexity of your situation and the scope of work involved. I'll always be transparent about what things cost before you commit to anything. We cover this clearly in the engagement proposal during Step 3 of the process, so there are no surprises. If cost is a concern, just bring it up in our first conversation. It's a fair question and I'd rather address it directly than have it sit in the background.
No, and that's intentional. I work closely with your CPA on tax strategy and with your estate attorney on planning decisions, but I don't prepare returns or draft legal documents myself. What I do is make sure those professionals are working from the same information and that nothing falls through the cracks between them. You get the benefit of specialized expertise in each area, with one person making sure it all connects.
Your investment accounts are held at Charles Schwab or Fidelity, names you already know and trust. The portfolio management behind those accounts is handled through Titleist Asset Management (TAM), an SEC-registered investment adviser, with securities through Titleist Capital (TC), a Member of FINRA/SIPC. Your money is never held by me personally. It sits at established, regulated custodians with the same institutional safeguards you'd expect from any major financial firm. You'll have online access to view your accounts at any time.
You work directly with me. That's the whole point of keeping this practice small. Behind the scenes, I have an administrative team of about five people who handle the operational side of things, and an investment team of about five people who support portfolio management. You'll never be handed off to any of them. I coordinate everything on my end so that what you experience is simply one person who knows your situation and is available when you need them. The team exists so I can show up fully for you, not so I can hand you off.
I am your primary relationship. I'm the person you call, the person who knows your full picture, and the person accountable to you. Behind that, your investment accounts are managed through Titleist Asset Management (TAM), an SEC-registered investment adviser, with securities held through Titleist Capital (TC), a Member of FINRA/SIPC. That institutional infrastructure means your money is held securely and your accounts are protected, without you needing to manage any of it.
I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work with clients throughout California. If you're somewhere else, reach out anyway and I'll let you know honestly whether I can help or whether I know someone who can. Proximity allows me to be in person as much as is required.
I typically work with widows who have one million dollars or more in investable assets. If you're not sure whether that's you, just reach out. I'll tell you straight whether it makes sense, and if it doesn't, I'll do my best to point you somewhere that does.
Actually, having people you already trust is the best place to start. My whole role is to sit at the center of those relationships, not replace them. You keep the people you trust. They just finally start working together the way they probably should have been all along.
You won't be. Part of how I work is slowing down and explaining everything clearly, at whatever pace feels right for you. Women who came to me feeling completely in the dark have told me it was the first time they actually understood their own financial picture. That's not just a nice outcome. It's what I'm trying to do.
Tell me what is on your mind. Where things stand. What feels most uncertain right now. There is no wrong answer and nothing you need to prepare.
I ask a few questions to understand your situation. Not to evaluate you, but to understand what you are actually dealing with and what kind of support would help most.
If I can help, I will tell you how. If I am not the right fit, I will say so honestly and point you somewhere that is. Zero obligation either way.
